So they went out and preached that people should repent. And they cast out many demons, and anointed with oil many who were sick, and healed them.
JESUS THROUGH HIS POWER,
CALLS ON US TO CAST OUT DEMONS

JESUS said in Luke 10:19
"Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and
scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall
by any means hurt you."
Jesus gave us POWER and AUTHORITY against the enemy!
JESUS GIVE US THE MOST IMPORTANT VERSE FOR DELIVERANCE
WHICH HE CLEARLY USES THROUGHOUT THE NEW TESTAMENT
BINDING AND LOOSING
THE KEYSTONE TO DELIVERANCE
Assuredly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and
whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.
The Greek word to bind is DEO which means to bind, fasten, tie, any sort of binding.
HERE IS A EXAMPLE OF USING BINDING:
Mark 3:27
No one can enter a strong man’s house and plunder his goods,
unless he first binds the strong man. And then he will plunder his house.
The Greek word for loose is LUO which means loosen, unbind, release, untie.
HERE ARE SOME EXAMPLES OF USING LOOSING:
Mark 7:32-35
Then they brought to Him one who was deaf and had an impediment in his speech, and they begged Him to put His hand on him. And He took him aside from the multitude, and put His fingers in his ears, and He spat and touched his tongue. Then, looking up to heaven, He sighed, and said to him, “Ephphatha,” that is, “Be opened.” Immediately his ears were opened, and the impediment of his tongue was loosed, and he spoke plainly.
Luke 13:11-13
And behold, there was a woman who had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bent over and could in no way raise herself up. But when Jesus saw her, He called her to Him and said to her, “Woman, you are loosed infirmity.” And He laid His hands on her, and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God.

STEPS TO DOING DELIVERANCE

FIRST, BEFORE A PERSON CAN RECEIVE DELIVERANCE THEY
MUST BE SAVED AND DECLARE
JESUS AS LORD AND SAVIOR OF THEIR LIFE.

Luke 11:24-26 An Unclean Spirit Returns
“When an unclean spirit goes out of a man, he goes through dry places, seeking rest; and finding none, he says, ‘I will return to my house from which I came.’ And when he comes, he finds it swept and put in order. Then he goes and takes with him seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter and dwell there; and the last state of that man is worse than the first.”
You must have the full Armor of God on.
Plead the blood of Jesus over you and bind all transfer of spirits.
Put the hedge of protection on you (Wall of fire, Zechariah 2:5)
It is good to have 2 or more witnesses.
(Deliverance warriors and Prayer warriors)
*If a woman is needing deliverance you ask her to put a head covering on*
(It shows obedience to the Lord and it drives demons nuts!)
2) All is done by the Holy Spirit:
Romans 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.
Ask for His anointing!
3) Blood of Jesus!: Romans 3:25
Revelation 12:11 And they overcame him by the "blood of the Lamb" and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.
Plead the BLOOD OF JESUS the power is in His name and in His Blood
4) Doors must be closed: list of open doors
Examples of this is anything ungodly that needs to be thrown out like cds/dvds of music and movies. Anything connected
to the occult from books, tarot cards, crystals to looking at
horoscopes or even using a magic eight ball
.
(Your giving power to something other than God. This opens doors to demons)
The person must repent of ALL these things!
5) Confession of sins: (stand in the gap to the shut doors)
You tell the person to ask God with a pure heart to forgive the sins that are hindering your freedom. Examples may include you not forgiving someone that seriously hurt you or admitting you had sex outside of marriage.
6) Breaking of their curses:
A example of this starts with breaking generational curses going back at least 10 generations which may have a person bound in alcoholism or even adultery. Another example is word curses you or someone can put on another. (Name calling and slander)
7) Know the battle is WON! (empty TOMB)
Colossians 2:15 Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it.

2 Corinthians 10:3-6 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled.
With steps 1-7 done the enemy doesn't have a foothold to stay.
Bind the Strong man using Matt 18:18 as you read above.
First you need to find the strong man in the person and bind him with a chain with the blood of Jesus. (See Revelation 20:1-3.)
With the heavenly hosts help (God's angels) he will be asked to look at Jesus and ask Our Lord to where he will go! (The pit or hell.)
It all depends on the grip of the strong man, he might need to be thrown in a box to marinate (filled with the blood of Jesus) and have the angels read the word of God day and night to him til the strong man is begging to come out to go to the pit.. Amen!
Then you call up demon by demon, one by one to throw them out!
"I cast you out in the name of Jesus the Messiah!"
"Go where Jesus tells you to go!"
Sometime a demon may still have a legal authority to be in the person. It is likely that the person has soul tie that needs to be broken.
Questioning the spirit may give you the answer.
EXAMPLE
You find out that the person has a spirit of suicide. You question the person about knowing someone who died. That person confesses that he had a very good friend of his had died and because of that bond the spirit of death is in him.
So you can find through talking to the person who is getting delivered that both of them were like brothers and he remembers that they made a blood pack as children. So he would need to ask for forgiveness from God and repent of that pack. This would break the soul tie and break the curse. After this is done the spirit of suicide has no legal right to be in the person and can be cast out.
"Spirit of suicide do you have a legal right to be in "Joe" any more?"
"NO!"
"Then I rebuke you in the name of
Jesus the Messiah. Look at the Lord, where He is telling you to go,
COME OUT and let him go in Jesus name!"
During deliverance the person will be asked to cough.*
It helps in the process of casting out evil spirit. Like when you eat something bad your
body wants to get rid of it.
*Normally a unclean spirit comes out and the person will cough, burp, or even throw up.
